 REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kimberly’s Creations & Things!

If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within (30 days) of purchase.

Exclusions: 

• Baked Goods
• Custom Orders 
• Clearance Items

To return an item:

• Email our Customer Care Team kimberlycreationsandthings@gmail.com
• Our team will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email.
•  Print the return label and adhere it to your package (place item in original packaging to prevent damage
• Drop-off the package at your nearest UPS or USPS location.

Refunds:

Upon receipt of the item, refunds will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for purchase minus a restocking fee of $10.
